We can almost say goodbye to 2008. Christmas is around the corner, as I was reminded the other day at Watsons store! I'm convinced they start playing tunes in August!
Well, on the Club side this is normally a very busy time for functions. We have prepared a wide range of packages and if you would like further information please contact Ken Kan, our Catering Manager. Chef Wing revamped both the breakfast menu and lunch buffet. We continue to add and enhance our menu variety and continue to source the best available products. Our a la carte menu will now feature a 'playback' section where we take the most popular promotional items and feature them for Members to enjoy.
For those Members who enjoyed the Halloween, we had over 70 people for the carnival and well over 100 for the BBQ. It may have been over 28 degrees but that did not deter children dressing up. Next year we intend to add more games and stalls.
Finally, be mindful of certain rules. We are not as strict as other clubs but some Members continually flout the byelaws. If you are unsure of certain rules/byelaws please feel free to contact any of the receptionists or supervisors on duty.
