Dear Members,
Ihope you all enjoyed the Centenary ball as much as I did – it was marvelous to see so many Members dressed up in cheongsams, military or black tie. The ball takes months of organising, and I would like to thank everyone involved in making this event an enormous success.
You probably would have noticed the lack of construction noise. After almost a year of waiting, we finally moved into our new kitchen on 23 November 2011. As projects go, this was relatively smooth with no major delays apart from bad weather which affected us only a few days. In this issue, Les will cover the project in greater detail.
Marco introduced new menus in all outlets. We are currently analysing the menus with a view to keep them fresh and your feedback is most important in this regard. Please feel free to relay your comments to the F&B supervisor in charge.
Finally, I would like wish you and your family all the best in the Year of the Dragon, and look forward to seeing you around the Club.
