Playroom
Youth Playroom Rules
• The Youth Room will be open from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. daily.
• No footwear is permitted. Shoes shall be stored at the provided racks at the entrance to the Playroom.
• Dry, clean casual wear shall be worn at all times, swimming costumes are not permitted.
• Only those persons aged 12 years and below are allowed to use the Playroom.
• Children under 5 years of age shall be accompanied and supervised at all times by an adult.
• No Member who has left his/her child in the Playroom shall leave the Club premises whilst the child remains in the Playroom.
• The Playroom is not a licenced day care centre or nursery, and will not be supervised except during official organised activities.
• No smoking, food or drink is permitted in the Playroom, unless with the prior authorisation of Club management.
• Children who are unwell or showing any signs of communicable illness may be refused entry or be asked to leave the Playroom.
• Club management reserve the right to deny access to any child as a result of violent or inappropriate behaviour.
• For safety reasons, in the event of the Playroom being over-crowded and exceeding its safe carrying capacity, a “time limit” will be introduced using the “first in, first out” rule. This is controlled by the Club management.
• Any person doing any act of vandalism or damage to the Playroom, its equipment, furniture and fittings will be asked to leave immediately and the Member concerned shall be charged in full for the damage and or replacement cost of any equipment so damaged.
• No equipment is to be removed from the Playroom at any time.
• Report any room defects or damages to the Receptionist.
• CCTV is in operation.
